    1) Individuals with extensive experience in the telecom world and a great rolodex, especially outside the U.S.

    2) Individuals who read one of the below IP Descriptions and immediately a potential licensee comes to mind and you can make an introduction to the right person -- easily and quickly.

    3) Those of you who are intrigued about the potential uses of one of the IPs and have some ideas to suggest for potential licensees, but you may not know the right person to contact.
