MindForce is experienced working with owners of large Intellectual Property portfolios to target the most important IP that can be commercialized and to develop viable and aggressive commercialization plans. We will put together plans to license the technology to third parties, to help integrate the technology within the corporate organization and/or to spin the technology into new ventures to create successful revenue-generating entities. We can then implement those plans
by establishing venture and licensing teams. Our primary goals are to ensure that clients exceed their revenue or profit targets and keep their cost to commercialize each selected IP as reasonable as possible.

Most Intellectual Property offered for license by IP Owners typically require future licensees to spend resources to turn it into a commercial product or service.
Therefore, finding the right company or companies willing to take the risk to innovate requires considerable effort and elbow grease, not only to properly position the opportunity, but to negotiate
the license, and make sure the know-how and IP transfer goes very smoothly. Our MindForce Licensing Team consists of the right industry experts and is charged with creating the most appropriate sales packages, finding the right target companies, pitching them and closing deals -- in return, for compensation that includes a percentage of the licensing royalties.

high-potential business opportunities, including packaging the company for capital investment. MindForce and its
Venture Team earn equity based on achieving pre-determined milestones, set by both parties, that moves the company towards sustainability.
